It is a single-door Horizontal Pulsating Vacuum Autoclave equipped with PLC control and color touch screen operation. Built-in high quality vacuum pump, to ensure effective removal of the air to get the optimum saturate steam. It has unique pulse vacuum drying procedure designed and the residue moisture of instrument and dressing less than 0.2% and 1% respectively and it has perfect fault warning system and fault messages which are shown on touch screen display real-timely. The door opening mechanism cannot be operated until the pressure in the chamber is reduced to 0.027 Mpa. It can't be start on if the door doesn't close well. The chamber is made of stainless steel 304.
