Description
FTIR Spectrometer LX11IR operates over a spectral range of 7800 - 350 cm−1 with a high signal-to-noise ratio of up to 20,000:1, and features strong anti-electromagnetic interference with excellent electromagnetic compatibility for protection against radiation. It is equipped with a cube-corner Michelson interferometer and a highly sensitive optical system incorporating patented fixed mirror-alignment technology for improved stability and accuracy. The instrument supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi dual-mode communication, aligning with the “Internet + testing instruments” development trend.
