Nano Spectrophotometer LX100NS

Description

Nano Spectrophotometer LX100NS is a full wavelength (200-800nm), UV-Vis spectrophotometer that is primarily used to quantify the concentration of DNA, RNA, and protein. Simple software with an integrated CCD detector and Xenon light source. Only a 0.5–2μl sample is needed to accurately determine the concentration. The sample doesn't really need to be diluted because it can be measured up to 4500 ng/μl (using dsDNA as an example).
