Built-in high-precision microcomputer-based temperature controller with LCD display for setting and controlling working parameters such as time, temperature, etc. This is utilized for the oxidation of microorganisms, denaturing of protein, and concentration of electrolyte under high temperature and dry heat, chiefly to destroy the cell protoplasm through oxidation and thus to kill microorganisms within a certain heating time.
