Nano Spectrophotometer LX103NS is UV-Vis spectrophotometer with full-spectrum, basically used to quantify the concentration of DNA, RNA, protein and other cell media. Added fluorescence detection function can precisely measure DNA samples below to 5 ng/µl with the corresponding detection kit (optional), the detection limit can reach 0.5 pg/µl (dsDNA) also came with a cuvette mode to detect the concentration of bacteria, and other culture media, so as to estimate the count of bacteria. Build-in CCD detector and pulse xenon light source for intelligently identify the user’s usage. Designed with 7-inch capacitive touch screen and is integrated with Android system, which do not need to connect to a computer.
