Equipped with Horizontal slit optical design with finite luminous detection efficiency and high SNR and adjustable bandwidth (1/2/5/10/20nm) feature. It has characteristics like Ultra-high scanning speed, resolution, and wavelength accuracy to perform most of the precision measurements. Wavelength scanning speed is flexible and can reach up to 60000 nm/min.
